Refund Policy
A full refund will be returned if a camp does not run due to low enrollment. A check will be mailed home from the Bethlehem Township School District business office for the full amount of the camp. Registration will close on June 15, 2015 and all participants will receive their refund after this date if their camp has been cancelled.
No refunds will be given for cancellations unless it is for a medical reason.
If your child needs to withdraw from a camp for medical reasons we ask that you provide a doctor’s note in order to receive a full refund.
