Windjammer Youth Basketball
 

 Coaches: Volunteer Coaches Needed! Make sure you are in the Family Account so you can volunteer during the online registration process. This helps us organize and contact you. 

1st and 2nd Grade
Season: November 8 – January 17
No games 11/23, 12/28 or 1/4
Players will learn the basic basketball skills while at the same time engaging in short games. Volunteer coaches will focus on skill development, team work, and fun.

Meetings: Saturday: 9:00-11:00 AM (time to be decided by your group)

Cost: $25  Location: Y Gym

3rd-6th Grade
Season: October 27 – January 17
There will be a pre-season clinic the week of October 20 to determine teams!

Your child will be encouraged to work on skill development, fair play, teamwork, and FUN! Each player will develop or fine tune their ball handling, shooting, passing, and defensive skills during practices. Practice will typically be during the week with games being held on Saturday.
· Grades 3-4: Each team will have 1 practice and 1 game per week
· Grades 5-6: Each team will have up to 2 practices and 1 game per week

Cost: $30. Locations: Grade 3-4: Hope Elementary School.   Grade 5-6: LCS
