How To Register

TO BE APPOINTED AS AN ADMIN OR TO REGISTER A PLAYER, YOU MUST FIRST ESTABLISH A SPORTSOFFICE ACCOUNT. WE SUGGEST YOU PRINT THIS PAGE FOR REFERENCE.

FIRST TIME USERS - YOU NEED A SPORTSOFFICE ACCOUNT!
1. Click "Create a New Account" in the upper right hand area.
2. Enter the requested information and click "I Agree".
3. Receive your credentials by email.
4. Make sure it's not blocked; you may need to look in your spam/junk folder.
5. Call 207-357-6017 for assistance.

A BRAND NEW ACCOUNT IS INCOMPLETE. YOU WILL BE LED THROUGH A PROCESS TO COMPLETE YOUR ADMIN INFO - AND, OPTIONALLY, YOUR FULL FAMILY ACCOUNT SO YOU CAN REGISTER PLAYERS.

1. Return to your browser, you should be on the Login area.
2. If not, navigate to the Login area.
2. Enter your credentials and click "Login".
3. Complete your personal information, Click "submit".

CHOICE PAGE: AT THIS POINT, YOU ARE AVAILABLE IN THE SYSTEM TO BE APPOINTED AS AN ADMIN. IF YOU ARE FINISHED:

1. Choose "Admin Only For Now" and "submit".
2. Let your Program Director know you are ready to be appointed.

TO CONTINUE ON TO REGISTER A PLAYER:

1. Choose "Establish A Family Account Also" and "submit".
2. You will be taken to a series of pages to enter One (1) Emergency Contact and One (1) Player.
3. Use the Calendar Pop Up to enter dates.
4. At the end, you may enter as many other persons as you wish.
5. Call 207-357-6017 for assistance.

You may retrieve your credentials at any time by entering the email address linked to your account at the bottom of the login page. If your email has changed, call 207-357-6017 for help. You may change your credentials at any time, as long as they are unique in the system. Click "edit credentials".

RETURNING USERS - YOU ALREADY HAVE A SPORTSOFFICE ACCOUNT!
1. Click "Login", enter your credentials, and login.
2. Review your account for accuracy. It is IMPORTANT that contact and emergency information be current!
3. Persons who want to Coach or otherwise volunteer MUST BE IN THE ACCOUNT.

NOW YOU ARE READY TO REGISTER!

1. Navigate to your sport.
2. Make sure you are logged in.
3. Click "HERE" to register for the current Session, under the Welcome Message.
4. OR, click on the Session name itself, then click "registration".
5. Follow the instructions on each page, through completion.
