General Information

Located in scenic Mid-Coast Maine, we are just minutes from mountains, lakes, rivers, and the Atlantic Ocean. There are a multitude of activities to enjoy, from mountain biking, hiking, camping, canoeing, kayaking (white water sea, and lake), and rock climbing.

Our indoor facility is located at 61 Limerock Street in Downtown Rockland, Maine and offers many Youth Programs and Adult Programs. It consists of a lined gym floor for both basketball and volleyball, a new Weight Room, and a game room. The game room, which is located on the lower level, has a concession stand, many table games, arcade games, board games, and a living room with a play station, T.V., and a stereo. There is also an After School Program that operates from the lower level of our facility and a Rental Room on our upper level.

Rockland Recreation outdoor facilities include a Community Skate Park located adjacent to the Rockland High School on Broadway Street and many outdoor Parks and Playgrounds.

Our indoor facility is open from 8 AM to 9 PM Monday thru Friday and from 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturday. Game Room hours of operation are 3 PM to 7 PM Monday thru Friday and 12 PM to 4 PM on Saturday. Our Weightroom is open Monday thru Friday from 7 AM to 9 PM and on Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
