I’m really busy, what can I do?

  • A successful community program has many moving parts and always needs many hands and minds to run.  When registering your child, there are several volunteer positions.  Have a talent that doesn’t seem to fit in the existing volunteer positions? Leave a comment in when registering or contact Ryan Molchan to discuss ways you can help: btrecsoccer@gmail.com.  If you’re really time strapped, there are other things that need doing one time during the year (at the beginning or end) or some things that can be done in front of a computer or on a phone in your spare time.

I want to coach, what do I have to do?

  • Submit your information for a background check.  It takes less than 5 minutes and the cost will be reimbursed if requested.  That can be done here: https://opportunities.averity.com/TownBethlehem
  • Take a Rutgers SAFETY course:  The schedule of these courses can be found here: http://youthsports.rutgers.edu/educational-courses/schedule
  • We will provide you with soccer training information, coaching tips and will work with you to pair up with a more experienced coach or with a familiar face if you prefer.
  • If you ever have a question or problem as a coach, never hesitate to call or the commissioner:  Ryan Molchan (732) 887-2675, Btrecsoccer@gmail.com
  • Have fun, enjoy your time with the kids!  It goes fast and is one of the most rewarding things you will do.
